Working Principle
Raw material enters the feed hopper and is evenly distributed onto a vibrating screen deck. The deck’s perforated panels, available in multiple mesh sizes, retain oversized debris—such as stones, stalk fragments, and clods—while allowing desired kernels to pass through. Simultaneously, an aspirator fan generates an upward air stream that lifts lightweight contaminants—dust, chaff, and broken hulls—pulling them through a duct into a collection chamber. The cleaned material exits the deck via a discharge chute, ready for further processing.
