This turnkey line combines multiple cleaning and grading stages into a continuous, automated workflow.

Process Flow

  1. Bulk Reception & Feeding

    • Maize is received via a hopper with level sensors that control a variable-speed feeder, ensuring consistent material flow.

  2. Pre-Cleaning Stage

    • A vibratory screen removes oversized debris (cobs, stalk fragments) while an integrated aspirator eliminates fines such as dust and light chaff.

  3. Magnetic & De-Stoning Module

    • A magnetic separator captures any metallic contaminants; a downstream de-stoner separates stones and heavy clods using airflow and deck oscillation.

  4. Sieving and Sizing

    • Multi-deck sieving units classify kernels into distinct size fractions. Mesh apertures can be quickly changed to match variety specifications.

  5. Density Separation

    • A gravity separator stratifies kernels by density to remove broken or undersized seeds, improving overall uniformity and germination potential.

  6. Final Conveyance to Buffer Bins

    • Graded, cleaned maize is conveyed to buffer bins for temporary storage before treatment or packaging.
