The unit features an electromagnetic vibratory feeder for precise feed rate control. Seeds undergo air separation in a vertical chamber where adjustable airflow removes lightweight debris. Subsequent vibration screening utilizes 2–3 layered sieves with apertures customized for chive seeds (typically 1.0–1.5mm). The sieve inclination angle is electrically adjustable, optimizing material flow and separation efficiency. A built-in dust collector with HEPA filters maintains a clean working environment, crucial for laboratory settings.
