Peanut Seed Processing System with De‑Stoner and Classifier

Shijiazhuang Xinlu Technology Co., Ltd. offers a comprehensive peanut seed processing system that integrates de‑stoning and pneumatic classification to remove both heavy and light impurities in one streamlined flow. This system is ideal for facilities that require high levels of foreign‑material removal before grading, roasting, or oil extraction.

System Layout and Operation

  1. Raw Seed Feed

    • Peanuts enter the system through a vibratory feeder, which delivers them at a regulated rate to the de‑stoner.

  2. De‑Stoner Module

    • Heavy stones and clods are separated from the peanut stream by adjusting the deck vibration and calibrated airflow. Discharged heavy particles are collected in a separate bin for disposal.

  3. Magnetic Separator

    • Following de‑stoning, a magnetic drum removes any residual metal fragments, protecting the classifier and downstream machines.

  4. Air‑Classifier

    • A variable-speed fan directs air through the peanut flow, lifting light impurities—such as dust, husk fragments, and insect debris—into a dust collection unit. Cleaned peanuts fall through a sieve into the collection hopper.

  5. Final Grading (Optional)

    • An optional multi‑deck sieve can be added downstream to classify kernels by size after impurity removal.

Core Components and Controls

  • Adjustable Airflow Regulator: A frequency‑controlled blower allows precise tuning of the air volume (0.5–3 m³/min) to match seed moisture and impurity profiles.

  • Variable-Vibration Deck: Stroke amplitude and frequency can be set between 2–6 mm and 400–600 vpm, respectively, to optimize separation efficiency.

  • Quick‑Access Inspection Doors: Hinged panels provide rapid access to the de‑stoning deck and classifier inlet for cleaning and maintenance.

  • Central PLC Interface: Operators monitor fan speed, deck load, and seed flow rate on a touchscreen panel, with alarms for blockages or system faults.

Benefits to Processors

  • Enhanced Impurity Removal: Dual‑stage separation eliminates both heavy and light contaminants in one pass.

  • Reduced Manual Intervention: Automated discharge and collection bins minimize labor for waste handling.

  • Improved Downstream Efficiency: Cleaned peanuts entering grading or roasting equipment lead to fewer stoppages and higher throughput.

  • Flexible Capacity: Configurable for processing rates between 5 t/h and 30 t/h.
