Working principle

Sunflower seeds are spread evenly over a grooved, oscillating deck while an upward airflow stratifies the seed bed. The combination of controlled vibration and airflow encourages denser, intact kernels to migrate in one direction and lighter particles and fragments to be carried toward the reject outlet. Fine control over vibration amplitude and air volume enables separation suitable for both dehulled kernels and in-shell processing contexts.
