Working Principle
Seed enters the top of a multi‑deck vibratory frame. The first deck features large‑aperture screens to remove oversized contaminants (stones, pods, debris). Material passing through advances to lower decks with progressively finer meshes, grading beans by size. Concurrently, an aspirator system lifts lightweight impurities—dust, husk pieces—through the screens into a separate collection chamber.
