Working Principle
Maize kernels are metered onto a vibratory screen deck, where perforations sized to the kernel diameter hold back broken cobs, stones, and husk fragments. An aspirator fan beneath the deck draws air upward, lifting dust, fine husk, and chaff into a collection system. Cleaned seed that passes through the deck discharges via a bottom chute, ready for grading or treatment.
