Working Principle
Raw paddy flows onto a vibratory screen deck where coarse panels capture large contaminants—stones, soil clumps, and straw. Beneath the deck, an aspirator fan creates an upward airstream that lifts lightweight husk particles and dust, channeling them into a dust collection chamber. Cleaned paddy, free of both large and fine impurities, discharges via a lower outlet for hulling or further cleaning.
