5XZC-200 Mini-type Seed cleaner

This equipment is specially developed for the small-scale seed and grain unit to clean and process. It can be used for wind-selection and screen cleaning of crop grains for the purpose of selection, and can also be used as a classifier. This machine can be applied to the processing and selecting of various seeds and crops by changing the sieve, especially suitable for the cleaning and processing of vegetable seeds. The machine is composed of vibration screening device, air suction device, a feeding device and a bracket device. It has the advantages of mini-type, simple operation and high processing clarity. The machine can easy to clean, effectively prevent mixing and ensure the purity of seeds. The screening rubber ball is made of special formula. The elastic strength is greatly improved compared with the traditional rubber ball, and it is resistant to low temperature and aging, and can ensure a good cleaning effect. Feeding and Air-suction.

Put the seeds into feeding hopper, the seeds will drop down to the air-suction channel, and then flow to the first sieve. The Air suction volume is adjustable by hand very easy and accurate separation without loss of seeds in the air flow.

In the air-suction, the seeds are sorted by weight, the dust and lightest impurity are carried upwards with the air stream and fall down in the dust collector. The heavy seed will fall down in the firstly sieve.

Sieving(3 layer sieve).

The overflow impurity which large than good seeds from first sieve leaves the machine and discharge to the outlet. The seeds dropped through fall on the second sieve for the next sieving. The overflow of the second sieve leaves the machine at the outlet, The seeds dropped through fall on the bottom sieve, smaller than the desired size drop through and are eliminated through outlet. The overflow seeds of bottom sieve have the desired size and are transported to the front outlet of machine.

Note: The capacities may vary depending on seed condition, moisture content, seed varieties, types and volumes of contaminants to be separated and percentage of foreign material acceptable in the final product.

Cleaning Effect:

Light impurities: mainly including grain skin, grain husk, somestraw and dust, etc.

Large impurities: mainly including impurities whose overall dimension is larger than that of seeds, such as some larger straws, soil blocks, etc.

Small impurities: small rods, broken seed, sand and other small impurities.
